Terms of service

If you live in the Greater Toronto Area we are happy to coordinate curb-side pick ups free of shipping charges - please contact us directly by emailing info@theplantedaquarium.ca if you would like to coordinate a pick up. We are located near the 401/DVP intersection in the city of Scarborough and will provide an exact address once an order is confirmed.

Between November and March, we may need to hold shipments if it is colder than -18 Celsius as this could lower their chance of survival. In the event this happens, we will contact you to let you know of any changes in your delivery time.
