Refund policy

In the unlikely event that a plant arrives to you DOA, please send us a photo of the plant within 12 hours of receiving it in the mail still in its original packaging and we will issue a refund.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of shipping aquatic plants we are unable to receive returns, however if the plant is not to your satisfaction, please contact us at info@theplantedaquarium.ca and we can discuss a solution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
